Club Bylaws. You have opportunity to review the proposed Bylaws of the Rotary Club of Collin County before they are approved. Log on to the club website as a member and look under About Us, then Private Documents, then in the folder Constitution you will find Bylaws. Be prepared to discuss and vote to ratify the document at a future club meeting.
