Virtual 5K Run/Walk/Jog- Meals on Wheels supports of all ages and abilities can participate in this 5K at any time and any place during the month of March. Participants can walk or jog the 5K (3.1miles) all at once, over several days, or over the course of the entire month, all are welcome to participate and help raise awareness and critical funds for this essential service.
